An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a highly regarded and established real estate agency based in the St George area.

This is a fantastic role for a capable Property Manager who enjoys managing their own portfolio but wants strong support around them. You'll manage a residential-only portfolio of approximately 200-250 properties, with dedicated assistant support, leasing assistance and support with inspections.

With no accounts to worry about and a robust support structure in place, you can focus on building relationships with your landlords and tenants and delivering a high level of property management service.

The Role

- End-to-end management of approximately 200-250 residential properties
- Liaising and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections with support
- Negotiating lease renewals
- Issuing notices and breach notices where required
- Handling maintenance and general portfolio matters
- Meeting owners and tenants onsite when required
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships

The Candidate

- Previous residential Property Management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Valid driver's licence and reliable car
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Confidence managing a sizeable residential portfolio
- Professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach
