Salary: $78,000-$83,000 AUD

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook seafood and other menu items according to Kickin' Inn's recipes and quality standards
- Assist in planning and organising kitchen operations and daily food preparation




- Ensure all dishes are presented consistently and meet portion, taste, and presentation expectations
- Monitor food storage, stock rotation, and inventory to minimise waste
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in all food preparation areas
- Support kitchen team members and maintain an efficient workflow during busy service periods
- Comply with food safety and Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Cook in a busy commercial kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene practices
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and rostered shifts as required
- Passion for delivering high-quality food and maintaining brand consistency
