We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Aged Care, to deliver inclusive and person-centred quality care and support at both our Busselton and Dunsborough facilities.
We offer a variety of family-friendly shifts- AM, PM and Nights, to suit any lifestyle.
- Competitive hourly rates ranging from $45- $55 AUD (depending on experience).
- We offer accommodation for a solo incumbent in a fully furnished Capecare shared house. Capecare will provide free accommodation during the 3-month probation period, and then a weekly rental fee will apply.
- Please note: A personal vehicle and driver's license will be essential for transport between both facilities.

Key responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operational management of our facilities in the beautiful location of Dunsborough and Busselton
- Ensure residents experience person-centred care and services
- Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of Capecare
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
- Budgeting and financial management and staff management
- Ensure high levels of customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff
To be successful in this role:
- You must be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration.
- Minimum of 1 Year of full-time Australian experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach
- If requiring sponsorship: Your current visa must have 8 - 12 months until expiry at the time of application.
