We are seeking an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join our high-performing team. The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties, supported by a dedicated Property Officer and Leasing Officer.

- No routine inspections
- No ingoing inspections
- No trust accounting
- No weekend work
- Monday to Friday office-based role
- Company phone provided
- Parking included
With inspections and leasing managed by your support team, you'll have the time to concentrate on portfolio management, client relationships and delivering an outstanding experience for landlords and tenants alike.
About You
You are an experienced Property Manager who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. You thrive in a professional environment, communicate confidently, and enjoy being part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Robust knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies legislation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence or Class 1 Licence
