As a Wine & Food Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding service, sharing your passion for wine and local produce, and creating unforgettable experiences for every guest who visits our East Coast home.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional wine and food experiences that create memorable visits for every guest.
- Host wine tastings and on site immersive experiences and confidently share knowledge of our wines, food and region.




- Provide outstanding customer service while responding to guest enquiries in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Process sales transactions and maintain high presentation standards across the cellar door and visitor areas.
- Support events, promotions and day-to-day operations while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Identify opportunities to recommend and enhance guest experience through our wines and experiences, helping guests discover the best of Devil's Corner

About You

- Passionate about hospitality, food, wine and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexible availability to work a varied roster, including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building genuine connections with people from all walks of life.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities with ease.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, wine or customer service is desirable.
- Hold, or be willing to obtain, a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
