The Prospect
Mayday Healthcare are looking for an experienced Scrub/Scout RN with strong clinical capability across orthopaedics and general surgery.
You will work alongside experienced surgeons, anaesthetists and perioperative teams within a modern operating theatre complex, contributing to safe, efficient and high-quality patient care throughout the surgical journey.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Solid scrub/scout experience across orthopaedic and general surgical procedures
- Confidence working across a range of surgical lists
- A strong understanding of aseptic technique, instrumentation and surgical safety
- The ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons and the wider theatre team
- Current AHPRA registration
