Rosenlund is a full-service demolition and earthworks contractor based in Brisbane. We're seeking an experienced Civil Labourer to join our site crews on civil earthworks, demolition, remediation and ground retention projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around a civil site, takes safety seriously and wants steady work with an established contractor.

What you'll do

- Perform general civil labouring duties across earthworks and demolition sites

- Assist plant operators, including spotting and working around excavators and heavy machinery

- Support pipe laying, drainage, formwork and ground retention works as required

- Set out and maintain site fencing, barriers and traffic control

- Keep work areas clean, safe and well organised

- Follow site safety procedures, SWMS and directions from forepersons and supervisors

What you'll bring

- Proven experience as a labourer on civil, earthworks or demolition sites





- Current White Card (General Construction Induction)

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

- A strong safety mindset and the ability to follow instructions

- A reliable, team-focused attitude

- Additional tickets highly regarded — e.g. Traffic Control, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Asbestos Awareness, plant tickets or an MR/HR licence
