You will be responsible for operating(Lisec/Super spacer) IGU/Double Glazing machinery and producing high-quality insulated glass units in a busy production environment. Super spacer experience preferred but not essential.
Key responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring IGU/Double glazing machinery
- Setting up and adjusting machinery as required
- Producing IGUs to customer and company specifications
- Checking glass and finished units for quality
- Identifying and reporting machine or production issues
- Following production schedules and workplace procedures
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working with the production team to meet daily targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IGU/Double glazing manufacturing
- Experience operating IGU/DGU machinery
- Super Spacer experience highly preferred
- Good attention to detail and quality
- A solid commitment to workplace health and safety
- Good communication skills
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
