In this key role, you will take charge in managing critical stages of construction, from structures to finishes, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme outcomes and ensuring the highest standards onsite are maintained.

Our client is an established commercial and multi-residential builder delivering high-quality projects across the region. With a reputation for quality, performance and respectful client relationships, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team and lead the successful delivery of commercial and Class 2 residential projects. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all on-site construction activities from commencement through to completion.

- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.

- Drive program performance and monitor construction progress against project schedules.

- Maintain high-quality workmanship and oversee inspection and testing processes.

- Conduct site meetings and toolbox talks.

- Manage site logistics, plant, equipment and material deliveries.

- Monitor project productivity and resource allocation.

- Maintain site records,



daily reports and project documentation through Procore and associated project systems.

- Coordinate defect management and handover processes.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager, Foreman or Senior Supervisor within commercial or multi-residential construction.

- Strong knowledge of Australian building regulations, NCC requirements and construction methodology.

- Demonstrated experience delivering large scale commercial and Class 2 residential projects.

- Sound understanding of WHS legislation and site safety management.

- White Card and current driver's licence.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and construction programmes.

- Proficiency with construction management software, preferably Procore.

Desirable

- Builder's Licence or relevant trade qualification.

- Experience delivering Class 2 multi-residential projects.

- Experience with ISO-certified management systems.

- First Aid Certificate.

- Experience using digital construction systems such as Procore, OneBreadcrumb and Cupix.
