About VicKey Statewide CRM
VicKey is a statewide digital CRM platform transforming how Victorian hospitals engage with patients by providing consistent, timely, and transparent communication. It streamlines processes such as referrals, waitlist management, and care coordination, reducing duplication and improving efficiency across the system. Developed in partnership with health services, clinicians, and consumers, VicKey is creating a more connected, patient-centred health system for Victoria.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead implementation, stakeholder engagement, and change management across health services. You will drive adoption of VicKey by overseeing deployments and guiding program-wide governance to embed new technology that improves safety, efficiency, and patient experience. This role requires strong project management skills, expertise in change and adoption, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholders.

A regular day will see you:
- Support the implementation and adoption of VicKey, Victoria's statewide CRM platform, across partner health services.
- Oversee program delivery, including coordination of program-wide governance and reporting.
- Engage and support clinical and operational stakeholders through structured change management, education and training.
- Drive clear communication, collaboration, and trust across diverse health service partners.
