We are searching for a highly experienced Barista for our Coffee Roasting House HQ Cafe, located in Stafford.

We pride ourselves on an exceptional, educated and a memorable coffee and hospitality experience for all. Coffee beans, coffee equipment, barista accessories and more are available at our HQ Cafe, with all training provided to best support our customers needs.

You need a positive approach and be able to demonstrate the following;

-Experience using commercial coffee machines & grinders with an understanding of dose, extraction times and adjusting/dialing in a grinder

-Knowledge and ability to execute specialty brewing methods

-Attention to detail in a high pressure, rapid paced environment

-Available to work between Monday to Saturday roster (Saturday availability is compulsory)

-High levels of energy,



enthusiasm and the ability to work well in a team, and also autonomously

-Polished Latte art skills

-Ability to multi task and perform other roles/duties to help your team (floor and counter duties as required)
