About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Supervisor to join our Camp Refurbishment team based in the Northwest on a FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth WA. Reporting directly to the Divisional Manager, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a Supervision position within the Camp Refurbishment, Commercial Building, Fit Out or Refurb Industry. You will be supported in the role and encouraged to guide and develop your team with an emphasis on safe practices and high standards to ensure protected and effective outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Lead site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.

- Manage and support a team of trades across the project.

- Ensure works are delivered to plan, on time, and within budget.

- Maintain clear communication with the client and project stakeholders.

- Review and approve HSE documentation, CRAWs, and safety plans.

- Oversee scheduling, workforce planning,



and daily project execution.

- Monitor progress and performance against key milestones.

- Identify risks, delays, and variations and escalate as required.

- Coordinate subcontractors and procurement activities.

- Support project reporting, cost tracking, and progress claims.

- Maintain QA documentation, MDRs, and project filing systems.

About you

- Minimum of 2-5 years as a Building Site Supervisor

- Proven ability to motivate and manage a team of workers and contractors.

- High safety focus and experience.

- Experience in Camp Refurbishments, Commercial Building, Fit out or Refurb Industry.

- Strong customer focus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Problem-solving skills, ability to come up with ideas to work through issues as a team.

- Desirable: Cert IV Building and Construction

- Desirable: Trade Certificate

- Desirable: Rio Tinto Inducted

- Desirable: S26 Certificate
