About the role:
Our Host Employer, Bespoke Engineering, is a company that designs, develops and manufactures a wide range of products and engineering solutions. They work on everything from small custom projects through to taking a brand-recent idea and turning it into a fully manufactured product.
Their team includes industrial, mechanical and mechatronic engineers who work together to solve problems and create innovative solutions. As a Machinist Apprentice, you'll learn hands-on skills while working alongside experienced tradespeople.
Your duties will include:
- Learning how to program, operate and maintain CNC machines
- Developing practical machining and engineering skills
- Assisting qualified tradespeople with workshop projects
- Learning to use manual machines such as mills and lathes
- Completing basic machine maintenance and servicing tasks
- Using a variety of hand and power tools safely
- Helping keep the workshop clean, organised and running smoothly
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, learning how things are made, and building a long-term career in engineering and advanced manufacturing.
- Gain a Nationally recognised Certificate III Engineering - Mechanical

About you:
- Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- You must be committed to a 4 stage/year apprenticeship
- Driver’s License and reliable car
- Positive attitude with an eye for detail
- Excellent numeracy skills
