Hello! We’re Virgin Australia, and we’re looking for Cabin Crew to join our Perth team.

What makes this opportunity a little different? When you apply, you’ll be considered for Cabin Crew opportunities across both Virgin Australia Mainline and Virgin Australia Regional. That means wherever you land, you’ll be joining a team who are passionate about looking after our guests and creating wonderful experiences.

And while a career in Cabin Crew can sometimes mean being away from home for a few days at a time, flying from Perth can look a little different. Most shifts, you’ll return to home base each day meaning you’ll only occasionally spend a night away from home giving you the prospect to enjoy a career in the skies while still making the most of life on the ground.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the friendly face our guests see when they step onboard, creating an experience that feels welcoming, comfortable and wonderfully Virgin from take-off to landing. Safety comes first, so you’ll deliver clear and comprehensive safety briefings, follow procedures and make confident decisions when it matters. Along the way, you’ll provide great service, support guests with additional needs and help make every journey a positive one including for our younger guests travelling as unaccompanied minors.

Life in the skies is never quite the same twice. You’ll work as part of a close-knit crew, meet new people and see new places, while being ready for the unexpected. Delays, changing weather and last-minute challenges are all part of aviation, so being calm, adaptable and confident under pressure is key.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for people who love people. Warm, welcoming and compassionate, with the ability to stay calm when things don’t go to plan. You’ll be adaptable,



safety conscious and a team player, with the confidence and people skills to deliver a great experience for every guest.

Whether your experience is in customer service, hospitality, retail, nursing, or hotels, what matters is that you genuinely enjoy helping others and most importantly, you’ll bring your authentic self - your personality is what brings the Virgin experience to life.

You’ll be great in this role if you…

- Are at least 18 years of age
- Are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Have had a minimum of 3 years of previous customer service experience
- Have a passport (with at least 18 months left on it)
- Have a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (or can obtain one quickly)
- Have a current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate (or can obtain one quickly)
- Can work a 24/7 rotating roster (including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays and peak periods)
- Can reach up to a height of 180cm
- Are comfortable being around cats and dogs who may travel on board our aircraft from time to time
