The Role
An exciting new opportunity exists for a entry level Administration Assistant to join our Adelaide team on a full-time basis.
The right candidate for this role will be approachable, enjoy a challenge, and be looking for an entry-level role with the opportunity to build a long-term career. You will need to be available to work Monday to Friday .
No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responding to customer email/phone enquiries
- Managing all visitor inductions, contractor sign-ins, and adherence to all site access requirements.
- Liaise with external stakeholders daily and amend manifests as required.
- Entering all data daily into the warehouse and transport Systems
- Provide assistance for both transport and warehouse teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Prepare and create run-sheets for drivers and contractors.
- General administration duties
- Undertaking additional tasks and projects as required
