Perth Flooring Solutions is seeking a skilled, motivated, and reliable experienced Floor Sander & Finisher to join Perth’s highest-rated flooring team. Our mission is to exceed client expectations by delivering the highest standard of craftsmanship on every project.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare timber floor surfaces through professional sanding and finishing
- Deliver exceptional on-site customer service
- Ensure all completed work meets company quality standards and client expectations
- Work collaboratively and professionally with our team to meet project deadlines
- Conduct final inspections and complete touch-ups or rectification work as required
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in timber floor sanding and finishing
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Staining and lime washing is a bonus
- Experiences in coatings, sealers,
and finishing products in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling and on-site work
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Valid manual driver’s licence
