About the role

In this role, you will operate with a high degree of teamwork and clear lines of support. You will report directly to the Practice Manager for day-to-day operations, clinic workflows, and administrative support. You will work closely alongside our General Practitioners (GPs) and administrative team to ensure outstanding patient outcomes and maintain clinic accreditation standards. This role is currently 4-4.5 days per week.

Key responsibilities

- Administer immunisations, spirometry, ecg's, infusions and wound care

- Support patients with chronic disease management and health assessments

- Work closely with doctors, allied health, and administrative teams

- Support the GP at nursing homes when required

- Assist with eHealth uploads and digital record-keeping

- Contribute to accreditation, PDSA, and quality improvement initiatives

About you

- Current AHPRA registration (mandatory)

- Interest in primary health care and chronic disease management

- Experience in infection prevention and control





- Current CPR certification and competency in emergency resuscitation techniques

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent time management and critical thinking abilities

- Previous experience in a medical centre environment is desirable
