BJT Legal is a well-established Victorian law firm with a team of 30 dedicated professionals, committed to delivering exceptional client service across a range of practice areas. We are seeking an experienced, client-focused lawyer to join our Property Law team.

About the Role

Working closely with the Director who leads our Property Law practice, you will provide high-quality advice and support across a broad range of property matters, including:

- Residential and commercial conveyancing

- Sale and purchase of farmland

- Subdivisions and developments

- Property due diligence and contract reviews

- Complex duty assessments

- Property transfers and title matters

- General property law advice for private and commercial clients

This role offers the opportunity to manage your own files with autonomy while benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you are:

- A qualified Australian lawyer with at least 2 years' PQE in Property Law

- Client-focused and committed to delivering practical, high-quality advice

- A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Confident managing matters independently while working collaboratively within a team





- Looking for a long-term career within a supportive and progressive regional practice

While our preference is for a full-time, experienced Property Lawyer, part-time arrangements may be considered for the right applicant.
