About the role
We are currently recruiting for Educators (Cert 3 and Diploma qualified/nearing completion) at Samford Pines Early Learning Centre. Our centre is positioned on an expansive 7 acres of land with a wide variety of natural learning & play spaces including our pine forest, creek and bush kindy.
Key responsibilities
- Create a safe, fun and welcoming environment
- Form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members
- Plan and implement a quality early learning program
- Document children's individual learning
- Critically reflect and strive for continuous improvement
- Demonstrate fantastic communication skills and ability to work as a team
- Apply excellent time management and organisation skills
- Apply good working knowledge of the EYLF, QKLG, MTOP & NQS/NQF
About you
- ACECQA approved qualification or equivalent - experienced candidates who are studying will be considered
- Current Blue Card / Exemption card depending on role applying for
- ACECQA approved First Aid & CPR qualification or willing to obtain
- Child Protection Certificate (or willing to complete online training)
- Food Handling Certificate (or willing to complete online training)
- Previous experience in an early childhood setting
- Able to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism, motivation and reliability to the role
