We are seeking an experienced Project Site Administrator to join our Projects team on a major workforce accommodation project at Weipa Mine.
Working a FIFO 2:1 roster from Brisbane, you'll provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Team, assisting with project reporting, document control, financial administration and stakeholder coordination. Reporting to the Construction Director, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of a major remote construction project.
This role is suited to an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a rapid-paced project environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality support.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and Project Team, including reporting, data entry and record management.
- Manage project correspondence, document control, filing and the maintenance of site documentation within OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Assist with quality documentation and ensure project records are accurately maintained and completed.
- Coordinate project administration activities involving subcontractors, transport providers, suppliers and trades.
- Support customer liaison and contractual obligations, including certification and project documentation requirements.
- Process supplier and subcontractor invoices, reconcile records and manage delivery dockets and purchase orders.
- Raise purchase order requests and maintain accurate financial and project records.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Site Administrator, Construction Administrator or similar role.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills with strong data entry and reporting capabilities.
- Experience supporting construction, mining, infrastructure or project-based operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
- FIFO/DIDO experience and a Certificate in Business will be highly regarded.
