We have a vacancy for an experienced Plumber to join the team at our unique facility in MONARTO SOUTH (near Murray Bridge).

Plumbers are responsible for:

- Installing, commissioning & testing pipework

- Ability to use hand and power tools

- Retrofitting of existing plumbing in modular buildings

- Working on and fitting out commercial kitchens within modular buildings

- Installation and connection of commercial kitchen appliances and equipment (e.g. sinks, dishwashers, grease traps, hot water systems, gas appliances where applicable)

- Installation, testing and commissioning of gas lines and commercial gas appliances where licensed

- Interpreting plans and specifications relating to commercial kitchen layouts and services

- Experience working on steel frame buildings desirable

- Perform housekeeping tasks as required

- Working within a lean manufacturing procedures environment





- Assisting with team coordination and mentoring opportunities as the role develops

- Potential to progress into a Leading Hand or supervisory role for the right candidate

Applicant requirements:

- Experience within the Plumbing industry

- Experience in commercial kitchen construction, fit-out or installation highly regarded

- Gas fitting licence or experience working with gas appliances highly desirable

- Plumbing qualifications

- Working within a modular building workplace is an advantage

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication skills

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S desirable

- Ability to work efficiently and safely

- Construction industry tickets/licences an advantage

- Forklift and EWP licences or willingness to obtain

- A can-do attitude

- Commitment to safety and being part of the solution

- Leadership qualities or willingness to step into a leadership position highly regarded
