On Time Plumbing Australia is seeking experienced 2nd-3rd Year Apprentice Plumbers (Construction) to join our dynamic team based in Villawood, NSW. This full-time position offers you the chance to develop your plumbing skills on construction projects while working towards completing your apprenticeship.
You will be working on-site at various construction locations, gaining practical experience in residential and commercial plumbing installations under the mentorship of qualified plumbers.
Key responsibilities
• Perform stack work (installing main vertical drainage/vent stacks).
• Handle rough-ins (installing hidden pipework before walls/floors are closed).
• Complete fit-outs (installing fixtures and final connections).
• Meet strict site deadlines and finish tasks.
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations on construction sites
• Use hand tools, power tools and specialised plumbing equipment safely and effectively
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used on each project
What we're looking for
• Must be a 2nd or 3rd year plumbing apprentice.
• Prior experience in the construction sector.
• Practical knowledge of rough-ins, stack work, and fit-outs.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in plumbing work
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions and on construction sites
• A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to different construction sites as required
• Reliable,
punctual and safety-conscious approach to work
• Preferred: experience with residential or commercial construction plumbing projects
• Having your own vehicle and tools is a strong advantage.
