APG Workforce is seeking experienced Horticulture Workers to join our client’s Operations Team located in the Northern Metropolitan of Adelaide where you will be supporting the overall presentation, maintenance and burial operations across several locations.

As a Horticulture Worker, you will perform a variety of manual tasks managing and maintaining the plant life within the grounds, ensuring aesthetic appeal and health of trees, shrubs, flowers and other vegetation. This will include tasks such as planting, pruning, weed control, disease management and coordinating landscaping projects while ensuring you are always respecting the solemnity of the space.

To be considered:

- Certificate III in Horticulture or similar tertiary qualification highly regarded
- Demonstrated knowledge of plant identification, propagation, pruning techniques and disease management
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high aesthetic standards in a sensitive environment




- Physically fit and capable to perform outdoor work in all weather conditions, including lifting and moving plants and materials
- Awareness of WHS requirements, protected working practices and procedures
- Must have commitment to ethical conduct, equity and respectful workplace behaviour
- Must be able to pass pre-employment Strength and Agility testing
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with co-workers, managers and general public
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Must have current or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance valid within 3 months
- Must have Full Australian Working Rights
