About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Grade 2 Podiatrist to join our Aged & Community Care Program on an ongoing part-time (0.6 EFT) basis.

Based primarily at our Cranbourne and Pakenham sites, you'll provide evidence-based podiatry care that helps clients maintain their health, mobility and independence at home and in the community.

Your varied caseload will include:

- High-risk foot assessment and management.




- Wound care and prevention.
- Biomechanical assessment and treatment.
- General podiatric assessment and intervention.
- Individualised care planning and client education.

You'll also supervise students, contribute to research and quality improvement, and collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team to continually enhance client care. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your clinical skills while making a meaningful difference every day.

This role may be required to travel between Monash Health sites.

About You

You're a passionate and motivated podiatrist who enjoys building relationships with clients and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes.

You bring initiative, curiosity and a commitment to evidence-based practice, and you're excited by opportunities to contribute new ideas, improve services and continue developing your clinical expertise.

You'll also have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care.
- Strong clinical reasoning and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting older people to remain active and independent.

What you need

- Bachelor of Podiatry, Bachelor of Applied Science (Podiatry), Masters or Doctorate of Clinical Practice or recognised equivalent.
- No current Aged Care Banning Orders in place (as per Register of Banning Orders) or NDIS exclusion order in place.
- Current and Satisfactory NDIS worker screening check, and completion of the NDIS worker orientation module: Quality, Safety and You.
- Registration via the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and consent to ongoing registration checks via Monash Health's electronic credentialing system.
- Registered with State-Wide Equipment Program.
