We're now looking for an experienced Senior Associate Adviser to join our growing advice team.

The opportunity

You'll work alongside our Senior Advisers, supporting the delivery of high-quality financial advice to a diverse range of clients.

This isn't a role where you'll simply sit behind the scenes.

You'll be actively involved in client relationships, strategy development and advice delivery, progressively taking on greater responsibility as you continue to develop your skills and experience. You'll work with clients across a range of structures, including trusts, companies and SMSFs, and gain exposure to more sophisticated advice opportunities, including wholesale clients and complex entities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Helping clients make confident decisions about their wealth today, while creating opportunities and security for future generations.





- Supporting Senior Advisers in preparing and delivering strategic advice

- Working with complex client structures including trusts, companies and SMSFs

- Supporting wholesale client relationships

- Building strong and lasting client relationships

- Collaborating with accountants, solicitors and other professional advisers

- Maintaining compliant and accurate client records

- Contributing to an exceptional client experience from start to finish

About you

We're less interested in finding the perfect résumé and more interested in finding the right person.

You'll likely be an experienced Associate Adviser or Adviser who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering great outcomes and wants to continue learning and growing within a supportive environment.

You'll bring:

- Current ASIC Authorised Representative status

- Experience in a financial advice role

- Strong technical knowledge across client structures, including trusts, companies and SMSFs

- Experience with, or understanding of, wholesale clients

- Relevant industry qualifications

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset

- Strong attention to detail, compliance history and commitment to quality advice
