Clover Garden Care is seeking a passionate and reliable Garden Labourer to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This is a casual role, offering flexible work hours to suit your lifestyle. As a Garden Labourer, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces we care for across the local area.
What you'll be doing
1. Assisting with general garden and landscaping maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, planting, and pruning
2. Ability to perform moderate lifting as required for garden maintenance tasks
3. Operating and maintaining gardening equipment and tools in a protected and responsible manner
4. Providing support to the wider gardening crew as needed, including loading/unloading materials and equipment
5. Adhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
6. Maintaining a high standard of work and attention to detail
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in gardening, landscaping or a related Trades & Services role
2. Minimum 3-6 months of gardening or landscaping experience required
3. Strong practical skills and the ability to work efficiently and effectively
4. Familiarity with common gardening tools and equipment
5.
A genuine passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces
6. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team
7. A current driver's licence is preferred but not essential
8. Must have current Australian work authorisation
