About the role

Reporting directly to the Centre Director, you will be a key point of connection across the Centre and provide practical administrative support that allows our leadership team and educators to focus on delivering high-quality education and care.

Key responsibilities

- Being a warm and professional first point of contact for families, children and visitors
- Managing enquiries, enrolments, bookings, waitlists, orientations and attendance records
- Monitoring the Centre inbox and supporting day-to-day correspondence
- Maintaining accurate children, family and staff records
- Supporting CCS administration and enrolment processes
- Maintaining compliance registers, staff qualification and training records and key administrative systems
- Supporting payroll, financial administration, budgets, accounts and occupancy reporting
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding administration
- Preparing family communications, newsletters, notices and service updates
- Maintaining and updating Centre website content
