HomeRepair is seeking experienced Home Assessors, Building Assessors, Estimators, Supervisors and trade-qualified building professionals to join our growing team in Perth's southern suburbs.

If you're a Builder, Carpenter, Site Supervisor, Foreman or Estimator looking to step away from the tools while still using your building expertise, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

We are the people on the ground after a customer has logged an insurance claim. You'll assess property damage, prepare repair scopes and estimates, and help deliver high-quality insurance repair outcomes.

What You'll Bring

Essential:

- Trade qualification in the building industry
- Residential building experience
- Site supervision, estimating or assessment experience
- Strong knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards and WHS
- Current unrestricted driver's licence

Highly Regarded:

- Escape of liquid claims experience
- Insurance repairs experience
- Home Assessing, Building Assessing or insurance claims assessment experience
