The organisation has recently implemented a current billing platform and is looking for someone who can bring confidence, leadership and practical problem-solving to the role.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the Billing & Accounts Receivable team
- Drive accurate and compliant billing outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders across aged care and retirement living
- Support the ongoing improvement of billing systems and processes
- Build confidence in the function through strong communication and relationship management
- Act as the subject matter expert for billing and accounts receivable matters
What we're looking for
- Residential aged care billing experience
- Strong understanding of aged care funding, compliance and legislation
- Experience leading teams or a readiness to step into your first leadership role
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and build trusted relationships
- Strong communication skills and confidence managing change
- Experience working with different systems and process improvement initiatives
