In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring specialised machinery to ensure the efficient and quality production of our industry-leading products.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a range of production equipment and machinery to manufacture products to the highest quality standards
- Monitor production processes, identify any issues or variances to maintain optimal output
- Perform routine maintenance
- Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
- General warehousing/manufacturing requirements
About you
- Ability and confidence to operate a variety of production equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Availability to workday shift
- Must hold Australian work rights
- Reliable
- Forklift licence (Preferred)
- No experience required
