A valued client of FourQuarters, a growing and well-established organisation based near Perth Airport, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will take ownership of a full-function AP portfolio, managing a high volume of transactions across multiple accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reviewing and reconciling complex or multi-line invoices, ensuring correct coding, approvals, and matching
- Supporting month-end processes,
including reconciliations and reporting
- Identifying and contributing to process improvements as invoice volumes increase

- Proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
- Proactive and team focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex billing structures
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
