Working with some of Australia's most exciting companies, our client list is ever growing and with a robust pipeline of work we are seeking to expand our team.
You will be hardworking and enthusiastic, responsible for managing projects from start to finish, leading the site and office team to deliver successful outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure projects are run safely and HSEQ policies are followed.
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are run within the set deadlines & budget limitations
- Manage all facets of procurement and subcontractor management via Jointly's management platform - Procore
- Preparation of detailed construction programmes
- Provide leadership to a team of contract & project administrators.
- Liaise with clients and architects to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Previous Experience
- $3-$15M Greenfield projects involving heavy structures
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Government and Private project experience
- Technically complex projects with Design & Construct focus
- Good working knowledge of Procore & MS Project
- 4-7 years of commercial construction project management experience is required
Education
Relevant tertiary qualifications well regarded
