In this role, your duties as a Sales & Design Consultant will include welcoming customers and running showroom consultations, guiding clients through tile and stone selections to suit their needs, building relationships with homeowners, builders and designers, preparing quotes, processing orders and managing enquiries, following up leads and converting opportunities into sales, ensuring a smooth customer experience from selection to order, and maintaining an organised and inspiring showroom presentation.
Key responsibilities

About you
- Full Australian working rights essential
- Saturday availability essential
- Availability for any 1-2 working days beyond Saturday
- Previous sales experience in similar role highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with computers, POS and digital order systems
- Passion for interiors and design and customer service
