Client Experience / Administration Officer (Permanent Part-Time)

Mon-Thursday Evenings and Saturday mornings | 21 to 25 hours a week (or potential to spolit across two candidates | $30 to $36 per hour plus super, and $44 to $46 per hour on Saturdays

The hours, up front ?

Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm or 3:00pm to 7:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 1:00pm

Around 21 to 25 hours a week depending on start times. Permanent part-time, with entitlements and a roster you can plan life around.

We're open to filling this as one role or splitting it between two people. If you can do the weeknights but not Saturdays, or the other way around, apply anyway and tell us what works. We'd rather find two great people than force one into a roster that doesn't fit.

About us

Thrive Physio Plus is a physiotherapy and wellness clinic in Highgate. Our job is to get people out of pain quickly and help them build a body they can count on for life.

Our front-of-house team sets the tone for the whole place. First impression, first phone call, the feeling someone gets walking through the door. We're growing, and we need another switched-on person to help us keep that experience sharp as we get busier.

You'd be working alongside our full-time Client Experience Officer and Practice Manager. You won't be thrown in the deep end.

What you'll actually do ?‍♀️

- Greet and check in clients, and make them feel looked after

- Answer the phone and get people into the right appointment

- Run reception and the admin that keeps the day moving





- Support the physio team behind the scenes

- Keep the clinic tidy, organised and ready for the next person through the door

- Pitch in on small marketing and community bits

- Over time, help out with rostering, payroll admin and quality control

We run on PracSuite. If you've used it, great. If you haven't, we'll teach you.

What we're after ?

- Attention to detail. You notice the things other people miss, and it bothers you when something isn't right.

- A great phone manner. Warm, clear and professional, without sounding like a script.

- Genuine interest in health and wellness. You want to work somewhere that helps people move and feel better.

- Reliability. Evening and Saturday shifts only work if the person turns up.

- Beyond that: proactive, quick with new systems, comfortable juggling three things at once, and happy to have a laugh with the team.

Reception experience is not essential. If you've done good customer service anywhere, we can teach you the rest.
