About the Role

We are looking for passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team across Brisbane, particularly focusing on individuals living independently in Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation. You will have the prospect to assist in developing essential skills, including personal care, cooking, domestic assistance, social support and relationship building.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- A genuine desire to support people with disabilities using a person-centered approach
- Ability to work both within a team and autonomously
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill
- Previous experience working with people with disabilities (desirable)

Requirements





To apply for this role, you must have or be willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- A current police check conducted within the last 6 months
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate
- A valid Australian driver's license with a reliable and comprehensively insured car
