Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Customer Service Officer at Lakeside Leisure Centre. You will be the friendly face at the front desk, delivering first-class service to members, casual users and prospective members in line with our mission and values.
Responsibilities include cash handling, selling memberships, processing bookings and enrolments, and supporting Learn to Swim programs and kiosk duties as required. A team-focused, customer-centric attitude is essential.
