Northcott is seeking a Support Worker to join our not-for-profit disability service team in NSW. The role supports people with disability in day programs, helping them live as independently as possible and stay connected to their community.
The position offers permanent part time or casual shifts, with a 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM roster that fits around study or family commitments. You will work closely with clinical teams, families, and peers to deliver person-centered care and positive behaviour
