Point Care Pty Ltd. is seeking compassionate disability support workers in Mackay to provide client support in line with each NDIS plan, assist with daily living activities, transport clients, and deliver respite care.

You will keep accurate records of care plans and progress, communicate effectively with clients, families and the care team, follow health and safety regulations, and participate in ongoing career development. Day, night, sleepover and weekend shifts are available.
