Community Housing Limited (CHL) is seeking an Asset Maintenance Officer for a part time, versatile role to support protected, well-maintained homes across CHL's asset base. You will deliver responsive, planned and cyclical maintenance, liaising with contractors to ensure quality work and service delivery that meets CHL standards.
You should have sound knowledge of maintenance, facilities or asset management, a current driver's licence and WHS expertise.
