The OpportunityWe are seeking a Dean of Operations (7 – 12) to support the Principal in leading and managing the school. With delegated responsibility for the effective day-to-day coordination of the College’s operational functions, ensuring the smooth delivery of teaching and learning the Dean of Operations is a key member of the College Executive team.The Dean of Operations (Year 7 – Year 12) plays a pivotal role in the development and management of the College timetable, coordinating staff replacements and casual relief during absences and overseeing duty rosters to ensure appropriate supervision and compliance with staffing requirements. They are responsible for calendar management, support of special events, oversight of operational procedures and replacement staff.
