The Eye Brand in Sydney Tower Eye is seeking a Guest Experience Leader to oversee all front-of-house operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach leaders, and ensure service standards across Admissions, Ticketing, VR and Skywalk while maintaining safety and performance metrics.
The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in hospitality or attractions, robust leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement. Formal First Aid and Fire Warden credentials are preferred.
