Strata Community Insurance is seeking a proactive Claims Consultant for the NSW team, based at our North Sydney head office. You will manage property claims end-to-end, communicating with assessors, builders, brokers and strata managers to resolve complex claims with empathy and sound judgment.
The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment, with adaptable leave options and a focus on delivering strong claims outcomes.
Provides flexible working arrangements and an annual bonus scheme.
Take the lead on a diverse and complex caseload focusing on property damage claims.
OTE $80,000-$100,000 | Uncapped Commissions.
