Overview

We are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to join the Fan Engagement Marketing team of a leading international sports league. This role will focus on executing and optimizing outbound CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels to drive fan acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle growth.

Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications
- Manage audience segmentation, campaign build, QA, personalization, and deployment
- Optimize lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, reactivation) to improve fan LTV
- Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve performance
- Leverage insights, analytics, and automation tools for continuous optimization




- Collaborate with Marketing, Data & Analytics, MarTech, Product Marketing, and external vendors

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant CRM/marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Adobe tools, SFMC, Epsilon, etc.)
- Strong understanding of CRM KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics
- HTML editing skills; working knowledge of Photoshop
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, high-volume environment
