Ageing Australia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead clinical governance, quality improvement and accreditation for its residential aged care services in the Pilbara region. You will partner with residents, families and clinical staff to embed governance processes and improve safety and care standards.

You will oversee documentation, care plans and assessments while guiding workforce capability and culturally protected practice across teams.
