Jobtailor is seeking a Venue Manager (or roles at Assistant Venue Manager or Duty Manager level) to manage pubs and venues across Rockhampton and regional Queensland. You will lead, develop and motivate venue teams, apply food/beverage and gaming operational knowledge, and drive KPI performance to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The role requires hands-on leadership in a busy hospitality environment with robust commercial awareness and relevant RSA, RSG, and RMLV qualifications.
