The Ranch Mornington Peninsula is seeking an experienced Camp Manager to lead our school camp operations on the Mornington Peninsula. This full time role focuses on delivering safe, engaging experiences and mentoring a team of activity facilitators across outdoor activities.
You'll oversee program delivery, inductions and guest relations, while continuously improving systems and ensuring high standards. A hands-on outdoor leader will fit well in this role.
