We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Services team on a permanentbasis , where you will be responsible for supporting projects for some of our largest Australian clients.

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs exceeding $5M+ AUD, from business case development through to post-implementation review
- Apply expert knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies to optimize project outcomes
- Manage cross-functional teams including Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Testers
- Present project health, risks, and ROI to executive stakeholders and steering committees
- Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations with external service providers
- Ensure compliance with Australian cybersecurity standards and data privacy requirements
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years IT industry experience with 5-7 years in project leadership roles
- Proven track record managing project budgets between $2M-$10M+ AUD
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
- Experience with Earned Value Management and complex financial modeling
- Background in cloud migrations or major ERP/CRM implementations
- Robust stakeholder influence and team leadership capabilities
