- Manage, coordinate and deliver competent nursing care for patients in the Emergency Department.
- Demonstrate advanced nursing practice, planning, coordination and decision making within the Emergency Department.
- Demonstrate well‐developed team leadership and mentorship skills.
- Demonstrate well‐developed written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Incorporate quality and risk management into practice.
Requirements
- Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Experience in advanced nursing practice within an Emergency Department.
- Demonstrated advanced skills in planning, coordination, and decision making within the Emergency Department.
