- Manage and lead established local hospitality venues across Brisbane’s northern suburbs and the Moreton Bay region
- Lead, develop and motivate venue teams
- Oversee operations across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
- Drive venue performance and KPIs

- Apply hospitality leadership experience across Venue Manager, Assistant Venue Manager and Duty Manager opportunities
Requirements
- Previous management or leadership experience within a pub or busy hospitality environment
- Robust operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
- Ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
- Commercial awareness and understanding of venue performance and KPIs
- Hands-on leadership style and passion for delivering great customer experiences
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other relevant qualifications required for the role
