North West Queensland is seeking an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Advanced Health Worker (Identified) to join the Mount Isa maternity team. Based within the North West Hospital Maternity Unit, you will support antenatal clinics, inpatient care, birthing services and postnatal follow-up for First Nations families.
You will deliver culturally safe care, advocacy and navigation, liaise with midwifery, nursery and community services, and strive to improve attendance and protected discharge
